-Items purchased on the website
You can cancel and return an online order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. For faulty items, you get 30 days to return the item for a full refund. After 30 days we can offer you a repair or replacement.
Return of Items purchased on Klarna or on any finance plan will be subject at the discretion of HEERA and KLARNA or any other finance provider.
Items once sold instore will not be refunded.
-When placing bespoke orders please ensure that you have every specification that you require correct on your invoice as once the piece is manufactured, we cannot take that item back into stock. If an agreement is reached within our discretion the customer will be liable for a restocking fee for that item.
-All diamond grades are approximate and subjective. Every grading institute has different grading standards and methods.
-We will not accept any valuations from any other jewellers or valuers.
-Unless stated on the invoice any re- sizing, finishing or alteration's will be chargeable.
-Any personalisation to any jewellery piece, including engraving, once done will not be subjective for any return, either instore or online.
-Please ensure that when placing orders with all full eternity rings that the finger size is accurate as these items cannot be re-sized easily at any time.
-We reserve the right to cancel order without any notice.
-If your order is required within a specific date, please state this when you place the order.
-When a specific delivery date is given we will do our utmost to ensure the order arrives in time. However jewellery is a luxury product and must not be rushed.
-All goods and items shall remain the property of HEERA GROUP until paid for in full by the customer.
COLLECTION in store
-Please ensure that on collection of all items that you examine them closely for any faults/imperfections as we are not responsible once the item has left our premises.
-Items bought are covered for general manufacturing faults, however if the item has been taken away from the premises and it is deemed that the item has been damaged during this time the customer will be liable for all repair or replacement costs.
-Any damage to diamonds, precious or semi-precious stones outside our premises is not covered under any warranty.
-We reserve the right to refuse to accept an item that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than HEERA as the item will be no longer covered under manufacturing warranty.
-All items valid for yearly check-ups however the customer will be liable for any repair/maintenance costs.
